Cristián Hernandez
Engineer in Molecular Biotechnology, University of Chile and Master in Bioscience Business, University of Cambridge. Cristián has experience managing biotechnology companies.
He is currently the Business Director of the Science & Life and Angel Investors in biotechnology companies in Chile, the United States and England.
Tihomir Domic
Tihomir Domic
Civil Mining Engineer, University of Chile, with more than 35 years of experience in mining engineering and extractive metallurgy of base metals.
He currently works independently as a senior metallurgical consultant, actively participating in various projects for the extraction of copper and other base metals.
Andrés Susaeta
Andrés Susaeta
He is a Civil Mining Engineer from the University of Chile. He has worked at Codelco, Minera Cerro Negro and Fluor Daniels. He has worked as a consultant in the company IAL Ltda. (Founding partner)
He has developed exploration projects, both in Chile and abroad. In 2008 he formed Minería Activa, Administrator of Private Funds dedicated to the exploration and development of Mining Projects, being Executive Director to date. He has participated in the development of invention patents, as well as teaching work in the Mining Department of the University of Chile. He is Director of several Companies.

Lawyer, University of Chile, LLM Carlos III University, Madrid. Javier is a renowned lawyer for biotechnology companies and an angel investor.
He is a partner at Jaederlund, Ortiz, Marchant & Castillo, a law firm that advises in the areas of public, administrative and economic law, litigation and corporate governance.

Lawyer from the University of Chile with a Master’s in Tax Management and Administration from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He works mainly in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, real estate and tax law.
With more than 30 years of work experience in different companies and industries, Luis Fernando brings a first-rate strategic and commercial vision. He is a Partner at Estudio Mackenna, Irarrázaval, Cuchacovich y Paz and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

During his professional career, he has carried out numerous evaluations of projects, investments and strategic consultancies in the mining, financial, energy and transportation sectors, among others, for both public and private companies.
Pablo Valenzuela
Pablo Valenzuela
Biochemist, University of Chile and PhD in Chemistry, Northwestern University. Pablo is a recognized pioneer in the global biotechnology industry. Co-founder of the biotechnology company Chiron Corporation (California, USA)
He has been responsible for a number of important contributions to science. For example, he invented and developed the hepatitis B vaccine, discovered the hepatitis C virus, and was the first investigator to sequence the genome of the AIDS virus. Pablo is the co-founder and scientific director of Fundación Ciencia & Vida. In 2002 he received the Chilean Award for Applied Science and Technology.
Esteban Domic
Esteban Domic
Civil Mining Engineer, University of Chile, with more than 45 years of experience in mining processes. Esteban is a professor of Mining Engineering at the University of Chile.
He has published numerous technical articles, a reference book “Hydrometallurgy, foundations, processes and applications” and several patents in hydrometallurgical processes. Esteban is the inventor of the “TL” leach system that has been applied in copper mining operations in Chile since the early 1990s.
